Vanilla crescent cokies.
Vanillekipferl is a traditional Christmas cookie originating in Austria, although it has become a popular holiday sweet in Germany, Czech republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
These light, crispy and fragrant vanilla crescent cookies will melt in your mouth and are incredibly easy to make. Vanilla crescents are usually made with ground almond and hazelnuts. They get their typical flavour from a heavy dusting of vanilla sugar.

Linzer heart cookies.
The
Linzertorte is believed to have originated in the City of Linz, Austria
in the early 1700s. Linzer Cookies use the same ingredients as a
Linzertorte, only presented in a different way. They are so pretty, with
their top cookie dusted with a thin white coating of powdered sugar and
a cutout so you can see the color of the jam. The blend of tempting
flavors of fruity jam filling in a buttery cookie is simply
irresistible.
Many people make them at Christmas time but they are really perfect for any time of year.

Tiramisu
This layered cake is one of the most famous Italian desserts. Best thing on the preparation is that it's simple and no cooking. You don't need a lot of time to put it together, all the lovely flavours will mingle by themself after spending few hours in the fridge. Tiramisu means "pick-me-up" in Italian and it's true, you will feel like on a cloud after an effect of the blend of strong espresso, mascarpone cream and sponge bisquits.
